Added a few sketches in my scraps folder, you'll see that there's not a great chnage in most - shortening the length of fingers or slightly changing an angle.
I think you just need a bit more practice, because you're certainly improving. You could try to find a few victims/volunteers and photograph their hands (easier than sitting with yours at an odd angle) or find a good book in the library on anatomy.
But keep going! :hug:
